Incident 4086202 - Product range updates failure on Food eCommerce site

Resolved The issues around failing product updates to stores was resolved over the weekend with a temporary workaround to manually process the batch files daily. This will continue to run until a permanent fix is identified and implemented. The permanent solution will be managed as part of the Problem Management process. No further updates.

Sev 3 Incident 4076795 - causes.coop.co.uk is unavailable

Resolved Upon investigation it was observed that the AMI had failed over. This was redeployed by a platform engineer, causes management and causes.coop.co.uk are now both available again. A PIR will be scheduled.

Retrospective Incident - Sev 2 Incident 4060837 - Some customers unable to add products to basket on shop.coop.co.uk

Update There have been intermittent reoccurrences of this incident over the week which have been managed as soon as they were identified. Due to some configuration issues internally and with a third party supplier, some functions were failing for some customers namely searching for a product or adding to a basket. The availability of the built-in index of products and retry options significantly reduced the real life impact to customers and stats show customer conversion impact to be minimal since the original fix went in on 8th Sept. The configuration errors have been identified and will be addressed internally and with suppliers on Monday. Meanwhile, we have routed all traffic to a correctly configured region and expect no further issues over the weekend. The service will remain under monitoring status. No further updates.

Error 500 discovered on the Direct Cremation page

Resolved Good news! We're back up and running. The issue has been resolved. Full Service has been restored. Customers are now able to access the Direct Cremation page and arrange a Direct Cremation as normal. A follow up Post Incident Review will take place to determine actual root cause and resolution steps. No further updates. HEAT ref: 4061521 P2
