The team have resolved the issue with punches missing for today. The trade team have issued comms to all stores asking managers to follow known process for exceptions to cover yesterday’s downtime as manual intervention. Shifts service is now back up and available. No further updates.
» UpdatedThe change to purge/archive Kronos data completed as expected, however since the database was bought back online there is an issue with the system accepting the correct date 2nd September for store colleagues clocking in and out. This also means shifts.coop.co.uk/signin is still unavailable for all colleagues. Teams are investigating to resolve the failed sync process not working - incident 4054413 is being managed by the Major Incident Management team.
» UpdatedBetween Thursday 2nd September at 11am to Friday 3rd September 06:30am, a planned change will be taking place to purge/archive the Kronos database in readiness to upgrade the system later this year. This means Shifts service will be unavailable for all Co-op store colleagues, there will be no access to individual store rota's or holiday booking options. A maintenance page will be applied to shifts.coop.co.uk/login during the outage.
