Subsequent to remediation activities conducted by the Digital Engineering team, the membership registration system access has been restored and membership traffic is now observable within the system. An issue was identified between CloudFront and the Load Balancer. The Load Balancer has now been updated to allow the necessary IP addresses for the website to be allowed. A follow up PIR will be scheduled. No further updates will be issued.

MI stakeholders have concurred to maintain monitoring throughout the afternoon, with the objective of fully resolving this incident should no further issues arise. Additionally, the root cause and remediation actions will be documented and provided. Next update 15:00
