The Co-op store finder was not working for both Food and Legal Services. A ticket was raised with the vendor, Imperva, who identified proxy disruption affecting their EMEA region. Remedial work has since been completed, and testing confirms that the store finder is now functioning normally. The maintenance page has been removed, and an RCA has been requested. No further updates.

Investigating

The Co-op store finder page is not working for either Coop food or Legal Services. Support teams are actively investigating the issue, which is currently isolated to the store finder, other pages remain fully operational. The Co-op IT security team has raised a high-priority case with Imperva, and a maintenance page has been enabled on the store finder to inform customers that we are aware of the issue.
