The issue issue with some members not being able to access offers via the coop.co.uk website is now resolved. This happened due to a config change which impacted this part of the service. The change has been rolled back and offers can now be accessed by members. This has been tested by the relevant teams to ensure service is now running as expected. No further updates.

An issue has been identified where some customers are impacted by the Sign in to see your offers button on the coop.co.uk website. This is only impacting some customers. The work around is to sign in first (from the top right of the page) and then select the offers link. Accessing offers on the app are unaffected. Next update 4.30pm or sooner if the situation warrants it.
