Funeralcare teams regenerated an expired key for AIS team to then re-apply and testing has confirmed service to be restored for all affected journeys. No maintenance page was required as any requests submitted during the outage were queued and processed within SLA. The impact was limited to any customers attempting to complete the pre-paid plan journey only. No further updates
