The change to upgrade Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS) successfully completed, with only a 90 minute actual downtime of our membership services. All services were fully back online by 03:30am. No further updates.
» UpdatedOn Wednesday 8th Sept from 12:00am to 7am a planned change is scheduled to upgrade Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS). A maintenance page will be applied to account.coop.co.uk during the outage. As a result users will not be able to sign into the membership portal or Co-op App which means members will not be able to view/select offers, causes and reward balance or history and will not be able to earn rewards when placing orders via shop.coop.co.uk for on-demand groceries.
