Sev 2 Incident 4078758 - Issue with ACI payment gateway impacting Funeralcare, Food Ecommerce and Membership Registrations

    Great news! We have maintained stability across our Food Ecommerce, Membership & Funeralcare services over the weekend. We have requested ACI to share the root cause analysis which will be discussed as part of the Post Incident Review which is to follow. No further updates.

    Our 3rd party supplier ACI have confirmed to have restored service. We have completed our checks and removed the maintenance page from Food Ecommerce site Shop.coop.co.uk. All services impacting Food Ecommerce customers, new registrations in Membership, and pre paid plan purchases in Funeralcare have been restored. The Service Team, as well as ACI will continue to monitor stability over the weekend.

    Our 3rd party supplier ACI has updated us regarding some further intermittent issues overnight & this morning, which they are actively investigating. This is currently impacting Food Ecommerce customers, new registrations in Membership, and pre paid plan purchases in Funeralcare as all payments are failing. A maintenance page has been applied to the Food Ecommerce site Shop.coop.co.uk as customers will not be able to complete their order. Next update at 2pm.

    The incident response team for our 3rd party supplier ACI are investigating the issue and are working to restore the affected services. Traffic has been moved to their secondary site however, the issue persists. This has been escalated in ACI as the highest priority and we are now waiting for a call back from them. Next update 20:30

  • Investigating

    There is currently an issue with ACI our 3rd Party Payment Gateway provider where they are experiencing an outage of services. This is currently impacting Food Ecommerce customers, new registrations in Membership, and pre paid plan purchases in Funeralcare as all payments are failing. This seemed to have started at around 4.35pm. ACI are aware of the issue. A maintenance page has been applied to the Food Ecommerce site Shop.coop.co.uk as customers will not be able to complete their order. Next update at 6pm.
