RETROSPECTIVE P3 - 5439873 - Voucher code not applying to baskets at checkout

Resolved Issue with voucher code not being applied to baskets at checkout was being investigated since yesterday with the help of various teams. The issue has been identified with the character length of the voucher code. Only voucher codes which have 6 characters are being accepted at checkout. A fix has been applied to change the voucher code. All campaigns and banners have been updated to reflect the new code. A permanent fix will be applied to allow other character lengths to be accepted for voucher codes. No further updates.

CR577953 (CP-4166) - Experian Interface Cutover in AIS

Scheduled Between 17:00 - 21:00 on Wednesday 27th March, the AIS team are going to be moving from Experian Crosscore 1 to Crosscore 2 which is a change in interface, ahead of Crosscore 1 being shutdown on 31st March. During this change window, it is expected that customers will be unable to purchase Funeralcare Plans for around 20 minutes.

P2 - 5439624 - Issues with Member Prices and Voucher Code not being applied to basket

Resolved After recently modifying campaigns to limit offers to either in-store or online redemption, an issue arose with the online redemption condition. This has been temporarily removed to resolve the issue with Member Prices and has been flagged to PromoPay. The voucher code issue is being investigated separately.

RETROSPECTIVE - SEV2 - 5433425 - Increased errors on order creation

Resolved The shop.coop.uk website experienced an issue between 13:40 and 14:38 whereby customers were unable to add items to their basket and receiving an error. Upon investigation it was highlighted that 3rd party Naveo had made a change on the hosting side, which resulted in this issue. Naveo rolled this back quickly and feedback confirmed that the site was back online and working as expected. A full root cause has been requested from Naveo. No further updates to be published.

SEV 2 - 5417408 - Offers not loading

Resolved Customers attempting to access offers were unable to access the member offers via the app or website. 3rd party PPS have completed remediation activities to restore service, and following testing, the member offers are now fully accessible. In parallel, some residual issues were seen during the same period whereby member discounts were not being applied at stores tills. This was linked to this issue. Confirmation that this is also now resolved has been fed back. An RCA has been requested from PPS. No further updates.

Resolved The single use voucher codes not working on shop.coop.co.uk has now been resolved. All services have returned to normal. Monitoring post maintenance will continue with daily multiple warranty calls for the remainder of the week. No further updates.
