SEV 2 - 5473186 - Member registrations failing

Update Following a DAPI service restart at around 10:45 this morning, all services have now come back online and membership activities are now able to be processed effectively. The MI stakeholders have agreed to keep the incident in watch status, to ensure technical teams can be engaged quickly if required over the weekend, under this incident. Mitigation activities are in place to address the issue, if a recurrence is reported. Next update: Monday, 29/04 10:00

SEV3 - 5472134 - Increased errors when creating orders on shop.coop.co.uk

Update Further investigation, with the internal teams, revealed that this happened due to the data export processes that are run in order to remove items from product range. Items are removed every Tuesday night, but the errors were not observed prior to this incident. We are going to monitor the service till next Tuesday when the file re-runs and reconvene the investigations. Next update: Wednesday, 1-May at 12:00 or sooner if the situation re-occurs.

SEV3 - 5471162 - Member prices not displaying for certain products on shop.coop.co.uk

Resolved Resolved: The issue with member prices not being applied to certain products on shop.coop.co.uk website has been fixed. This was only affecting products which had less than 13 digits in the barcode. A fix has been deployed to resolve the issue and has been tested to ensure member prices are now displaying. No further updates.

SEV 3 - 5468073 - Some customers are unable to see offers

Resolved The issue issue with some members not being able to access offers via the coop.co.uk website is now resolved. This happened due to a config change which impacted this part of the service. The change has been rolled back and offers can now be accessed by members. This has been tested by the relevant teams to ensure service is now running as expected. No further updates.

P2 - SEV2 - 5450152 - Funeralcare pre-paid plans journey failing

Resolved Funeralcare teams regenerated an expired key for AIS team to then re-apply and testing has confirmed service to be restored for all affected journeys. No maintenance page was required as any requests submitted during the outage were queued and processed within SLA. The impact was limited to any customers attempting to complete the pre-paid plan journey only. No further updates
