  The shop.coop.uk website experienced an issue between 13:40 and 14:38 whereby customers were unable to add items to their basket and receiving an error. Upon investigation it was highlighted that 3rd party Naveo had made a change on the hosting side, which resulted in this issue. Naveo rolled this back quickly and feedback confirmed that the site was back online and working as expected. A full root cause has been requested from Naveo. No further updates to be published.
