  Between 17:00 - 21:00 on Wednesday 27th March, the AIS team are going to be moving from Experian Crosscore 1 to Crosscore 2 which is a change in interface, ahead of Crosscore 1 being shutdown on 31st March. During this change window, it is expected that customers will be unable to purchase Funeralcare Plans for around 20 minutes.
