    Customers attempting to access offers were unable to access the member offers via the app or website. 3rd party PPS have completed remediation activities to restore service, and following testing, the member offers are now fully accessible. In parallel, some residual issues were seen during the same period whereby member discounts were not being applied at stores tills. This was linked to this issue. Confirmation that this is also now resolved has been fed back. An RCA has been requested from PPS. No further updates.

  • Investigating

    Since 16:46 there has been a big increase in the number of timeouts for members trying to retrieve offers. Offers which have already been selected can still be redeemed in-store, but members are currently unable to view or select offers. This is being investigated by PPS, our third-party supplier. Next update 19:00 or sooner if the situation changes.
