  The single use voucher codes not working on shop.coop.co.uk has now been resolved. All services have returned to normal. Monitoring post maintenance will continue with daily multiple warranty calls for the remainder of the week. No further updates.

  The Online Shop service was closely monitored during the day and has mostly been performing as expected with no cause for concern. There is a minor issue for which there is a banner on the shop.coop.co.uk site informing customers of any single use vouchers currently not being accepted. Further testing is still underway by our 3rd party suppliers PPS and is due to be concluded tomorrow (Wednesday 20th March). There is a hypercare process in place should the need arise this evening. Next update 12pm Wednesday 20th March.

  The overnight planned maintenance was successfully undertaken although there was a bit of a delay in removing the maintenance page this morning but service was restored prior to increasing visitor activities. There is a banner on the shop.coop.co.uk site at the moment informing customers of any vouchers currently not being accepted. This is undergoing further testing and we are aiming to have this resolved with our 3rd party suppliers PPS by the end of the day. Next update 5pm - after the end of day status call.

  OUTAGE REMINDER - Please be advised that he planned maintenance on the shop.coop.co.uk service is to take place tomorrow starting at 5am. The maintenance page will be in place for up to an hour. There will be a live call between multiple Co-op teams and Naveo to manage the change in real time. Hypercare and additional monitoring will be in place post change. Next update 10am Tuesday 19th March to advise status of the change or earlier if required.

  Please be advised that planned maintenance scheduled for Tuesday 12th March to upgrade infrastructure has been delayed by a week due to the requirement of additional testing to ensure we deliver a robust service. This will now take place at 5am on Tuesday 19th March. Further communication to be sent closer to the time.

  There is planned maintenance (infrastructure upgrade) to the eCommerce service (shop.coop.co.uk), undertaken by our 3rd party suppliers Naveo, at 5:00am on Tuesday 12th March. This will result in the service being unavailable for 1 hour. The maintenance page will be deployed during the upgrade. There will be a live call for the duration of the change between multiple Coop teams and Naveo to manage this in real time. Hypercare and warranty will be in effect post completion of the change. A further reminder will be sent out closer to the time.
