» UpdatedFurther investigation, with the internal teams, revealed that this happened due to the data export processes that are run in order to remove items from product range. Items are removed every Tuesday night, but the errors were not observed prior to this incident. We are going to monitor the service till next Tuesday when the file re-runs and reconvene the investigations. Next update: Wednesday, 1-May at 12:00 or sooner if the situation re-occurs.
» UpdatedWe have identified a small number of intermittent errors which take place between 22:00-07:00 for certain products that are not available for order on shop.coop.co.uk. We are exploring potential workarounds to reduce the number of errors that are within the threshold. We are also working with our 3rd party supplier Naveo and e-commerce platform team to investigate this further. Next update 11:00 on 26th April.
