» UpdatedSince 16.45 25th April, we have had reports that up to 80% of new Member Registrations are failing. We have undertaken as much triaging and possible resolution steps as possible as well as raising this with ACI. Following these investigations, we suspect that the issue is with our internal systems which would require investigation. This part of the service currently does not have any Out of Hours support so will most likely be picked up in the morning. We have reached out to the team incase there is a response. Next update Fri 26th April 10.30am or earlier if significant.
