Incident 4207415 - Sev 2 Shifts - Degraded response times and timeouts

Resolved The issue with degraded response times when using the Shifts service is now resolved. The response times started to gradually reduce from 12.45pm and have remained low and stable since 1.30pm. We are awaiting information from Kronos regarding any remediation activity which they may have undertaken. Root cause to be determined for the Post Incident Review. No further updates.

Resolved [Downgraded] Since ~11am response times have dropped significantly and have been close to normal levels for a sustained period of time. PPS, our third-party supplier, advised they were dealing with high levels of traffic into their systems this morning but have increased resource levels to deal with this. A PIR will be scheduled. No further updates.

Retrospective Sev 3 - Incident 4167833 - Co-op App images not loading

Resolved We were aware of a problem with our Membership Offers service, which means we had some users who have the Co-op App installed on their Apple iOS devices who were experiencing issues where the images were not loading for them. A fix was identified and implemented, the actual root cause and impact analysis is still being discussed with our technical teams. All services were confirmed as restored at 11:35 following the fix and a period of close monitoring. No further updates.
