The change to upgrade the database was completed successfully; however, there was a technical issue that delayed the removal of the maintenance page until 06:47. All services are accessible and an investigation will take place into what caused the issue. No further updates.
» UpdatedOn Thursday 4th November from 12am to 6am a planned change is scheduled to upgrade Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS). A maintenance page will be applied to account.coop.co.uk & membership.coop.co.uk during the outage. As a result users will not be able to sign into the membership portal or Co-op App which means members will not be able to view/select offers, causes and reward balance or history and will not be able to earn rewards when placing orders via shop.coop.co.uk for on-demand groceries.
