• Update

  Due to the two failed batch processes overnight, customers are continuing to experience a degraded service whilst using the search function on shop.coop.co.uk. As a workaround, customers can use the taxonomy / index function on the site which remains unaffected. The batch jobs are being manually re-run and can take approx. 4 hours to complete. We are actively monitoring these jobs and will consider a contingency plan to switch search functions if the batch jobs fail. Next update 12.00pm

• Investigating

  There is currently an issue on shop.coop.co.uk whereby 65% of products cannot be found using the search function. Teams are investigating and have identified two overnight batch processes which have failed. We are working to resolve the issue by re-running the files which take approximately four hours to complete. Next update: 10:30am.
