Sev3 Incident 4181441 - PPS Timeouts

    [Downgraded] Since ~11am response times have dropped significantly and have been close to normal levels for a sustained period of time. PPS, our third-party supplier, advised they were dealing with high levels of traffic into their systems this morning but have increased resource levels to deal with this. A PIR will be scheduled. No further updates.

  • Update

    PPS advised us that they made some changes around 30 minutes ago, however we are unfortunately yet to see any improvement in performance. We are still working with PPS to find an urgent solution for this problem. Next update will be issued at 12:00.

  • Investigating

    We are aware of an issue with slow response times and timeouts when Members are trying to view and select offers. More than 50% of requests are timing out. This has been raised with PPS our third-party supplier and we are awaiting an update from them. Next update will be at 11:00, or sooner if the situation changes.
