  We were aware of a problem with our Membership Offers service, which means we had some users who have the Co-op App installed on their Apple iOS devices who were experiencing issues where the images were not loading for them. A fix was identified and implemented, the actual root cause and impact analysis is still being discussed with our technical teams. All services were confirmed as restored at 11:35 following the fix and a period of close monitoring. No further updates.
