The issue with degraded response times when using the Shifts service is now resolved. The response times started to gradually reduce from 12.45pm and have remained low and stable since 1.30pm. We are awaiting information from Kronos regarding any remediation activity which they may have undertaken. Root cause to be determined for the Post Incident Review. No further updates.
