Resolved We are aware of an issue with offers earlier today at approximately 12:40 were a high proportion of members were seeing errors when looking to select offers. This was reported to our third party supplier, PPS and they resolved the issue at approximately 13:45. PPS will provide us with an RCA. No further updates.

Resolved Following a restart of key services the online shop functionality is completely restored. All errors have recovered and all traffic is flowing as expected. No further updates.

Resolved Since 23:00 (17/10), all customers have had offers successfully returned to them. Support teams have monitored the situation over the course of the night and this has remained stable. We now await the Root Cause Analysis report from PPS and will hold an internal Post Incident Review in due course. No further updates.
