» UpdatedEarlier today (04/10) 10:40 am, members were unable to register using the membership portal and the contact centre were unable to sign up new members and update reward wallet balances. This incident was caused due to a planned change to DAPI. The engineering team identified the root cause and rolled back the change to restore service at 11.55 am. A post incident review will follow to capture learnings. No further updates to be published.
