» UpdatedOur engineering team have identified and deployed the fix to the Coop App for Android users. We have seen an improvement in the App performance although a few instances of the issues are still being reported. This is being investigated further. We will continue to monitor the incident and further updates will be provided once available.
» UpdatedWe are aware that some customers who are using the Coop Application on android devices are experiencing access issues. The recommended workaround is to perform a device reboot which usually resolves the issue. A permanent solution is currently being investigated and worked on. Next update once fix has been deployed.
