  Following a restart of key services the online shop functionality is completely restored. All errors have recovered and all traffic is flowing as expected.

• Investigating

  From approximately 08:00am this morning there has been reported performance issues on the online shop website which have been under investigation. The cause seems to have been a Microsoft power cut which impacted our hosting platform. The impact was customers may have been unable to complete orders. We have restarted some services which seems to have resolved any fallback from Microsoft's power cut.

  This is currently under watch status. Next update at 11:00am.
