Good news! Service to the Online Shop (shop.coop.co.uk) has stabilised. Our 3rd party provider Naveo has increased resources which helped restore service. A complete analysis will be undertaken for the Post Incident Review. In the meantime this will remain in monitoring status. No further updates.

The planned release for the eCommerce service was completed successfully within the release window. Initial tests are showing all services as operational, service and support teams will continue to monitor the service throughout the day.
