  Contentful have resolved an issue on their end and performance of coop.co.uk sites immediately improved. We will continue to monitor this incident and resolve it later this afternoon if no further issues are reported. Next update 17:00 or sooner if the situation changes.

• Investigating

  We are investigating an issue where performance is degraded on coop.co.uk and some of the tenant sites. We have introduced additional resources to help manage capacity and have reached out to our third-party supplier Contentful for support. Next update 14:00 or sooner if the situation changes.
