Good news! Service to the Online Shop (shop.coop.co.uk) has stabilised. Our 3rd party provider Naveo has increased resources which helped restore service. A complete analysis will be undertaken for the Post Incident Review. In the meantime this will remain in monitoring status. No further updates.
» UpdatedAfter a period of observation to the Online Shop (shop.coop.co.uk), we are seeing an increase of orders failing, with that said nearly 25% of orders are intermittently coming through. This has been escalated with our 3rd party provider Naveo, who are investigating this as a SEV1 from their side. We will continue to monitor performance. » UpdatedPerformance issues on the Online Shop (shop.coop.co.uk) service have now been resolved, with customers now able to complete their orders. This incident was caused by an invalid resource allocation within a Naveo platform release (CR 572827). The incident has been placed into a watch status to monitor performance, next update 15:30 or sooner if the situation warrants.
