Sev 3 - 4681199 - Membership Offers selection failing

Resolved Our 3rd party supplier PPS, have confirmed to have scaled up their database to help manage the increased timeouts. We also temporarily paused the email notifications this morning, which was sent out at 12:00, later than usual. As a result service has been stable since 09:37 and members should be able to load and select their personalised offers. No further updates.

Sev 2 - 4664525 - Ecomm - Picker App Not Loading

Resolved The issue impacting the picker application failing to load is now resolved and the maintenance page on shop.coop.co.uk has been removed. Devices were found to be connecting to a server web filter policy not the designated Android mobile device web filter policy. This was reverted by BT to restore services. A follow up Post Incident Review will be held by the Major Incident Management Team. No further updates.

Resolved We have observed stable service since 13:03 & our members are successfully loading and selecting their offers with no reported issues. Our 3rd party support PPS, are continuing with their investigations to identify the root cause. As a result we will place this incident under a watch status & schedule a PIR once we have a documented report from PPS. No further updates.

Sev 2 - Incident - 4660211 - No offers being returned

Resolved PPS has confirmed the issue is now resolved and customers are being returned offers successfully. They continue to investigate the cause of the issue and a full PIR will follow in the upcoming days. No further updates.
