Our 3rd party supplier PPS, have confirmed to have scaled up their database to help manage the increased timeouts. We also temporarily paused the email notifications this morning, which was sent out at 12:00, later than usual. As a result service has been stable since 09:37 and members should be able to load and select their personalised offers. No further updates.
