The issue impacting the picker application failing to load is now resolved and the maintenance page on shop.coop.co.uk has been removed. Devices were found to be connecting to a server web filter policy not the designated Android mobile device web filter policy. This was reverted by BT to restore services. A follow up Post Incident Review will be held by the Major Incident Management Team. No further updates.
» UpdatedWe are aware of an issue whereby the picker application is failing to load on all stores handheld terminals, this is also affecting MyWorks, John Lewis and DPD. This means stores are unable to pick any orders for online deliveries, a maintenance page has been deployed to shop.coop.co.uk since 14:26pm. Co-op teams are working with BT to investigate the issue. Next update: 4pm.
