    We have observed stable service since 13:03 & our members are successfully loading and selecting their offers with no reported issues. Our 3rd party support PPS, are continuing with their investigations to identify the root cause. As a result we will place this incident under a watch status & schedule a PIR once we have a documented report from PPS. No further updates.

    Service has been stable since 13:03 and members should be able to load and select their personalised offers. Our 3rd party support PPS are continuing with their investigations, after confirming that two of their application instances rebooting earlier this morning may have caused some errors. Next update 17:00

    Following a short period of stability. We have now seen an increase in the number of members experiencing issues loading and selecting their personalised offers. This has been escalated as a priority to our 3rd party supplier PPS to investigate the issue. Next update 3:00pm.

  • Investigating

    We are aware that some members maybe experiencing issues selecting their personalised offers this morning. Our 3rd party support PPS have confirmed that two of their application instances rebooted which caused some errors. The issue is now stabilising but we will monitor through out the day. Next update: 4:30pm or sooner if warrants.
