Resolved The issue around the duplicate messages being generated in the Funeralcare CRM has been resolved. This self recovered and root cause investigation is to continue. This service will remain in Monitor status for the rest of the day. No further updates.

Retrospective: membership.coop.co.uk intermittently unavailable

Resolved Earlier today we were made aware that some members were unable to log into membership.coop.co.uk between 08:15-10:05am. This potentially impacted a small number of members, which meant they could not log into their account to view their balance or offers. This was because of a change made to the core rule set in our AWS WAF, which was fixed at around 10:05am today. Service has now been restored for all users to log in to view their balance and offers. An internal Post Incident Review will be held to take away important learnings & help us understand how we prevent a reoccurrence.

Resolved We have continued to monitor services impacting shop.coop.co.uk where customers were unable to enter their postcode and place orders. 3rd party Naveo confirmed their API was down from 12:40 - 13:29, service has been monitored and remained stable. Naveo will provide a Root Cause Analysis report. No further updates.
