The issue around the duplicate messages being generated in the Funeralcare CRM has been resolved. This self recovered and root cause investigation is to continue. This service will remain in Monitor status for the rest of the day. No further updates.
» UpdatedWe are aware of an issue where duplicate urgent enquiry messages are being processed in Funeralcare CRM. This is currently being investigated by the technical teams. There is no impact to customers and the CBS have been engaged to manage a workaround. Next update 12:00pm tomorrow.
