  We have continued to monitor services impacting shop.coop.co.uk where customers were unable to enter their postcode and place orders. 3rd party Naveo confirmed their API was down from 12:40 - 13:29, service has been monitored and remained stable. Naveo will provide a Root Cause Analysis report. No further updates.

  3rd party Naveo confirmed their API was down from 12:40 - 13:29. During the outage customers were unable to enter their postcode and place any orders for online food shopping. Naveo have confirmed the API is back up, and they are running checks. Next update: 14:45
