  Earlier today we were made aware that some members were unable to log into membership.coop.co.uk between 08:15-10:05am. This potentially impacted a small number of members, which meant they could not log into their account to view their balance or offers. This was because of a change made to the core rule set in our AWS WAF, which was fixed at around 10:05am today. Service has now been restored for all users to log in to view their balance and offers. An internal Post Incident Review will be held to take away important learnings & help us understand how we prevent a reoccurrence.
