Resolved The fix to resolve the issue where customers were unable to select slots on the Food ecommerce site has been deployed by Naveo (3rd party suppliers). Service is returning to full functionality as caches clear. We will continue to monitor for the rest of the day. No further updates unless any further impact identified.

Resolved Good news! Our 3rd party supplier have taken restorative action and are confident that the issue is now fixed. All members can now redeem their selected offers & coupons at the tills in store. We will work with our 3rd party & Retail IT to establish the root cause. No further updates.

Sev 3 Incident - 4225256 - Pay later option unavailable on Direct Cremation payment page

Resolved The issue affecting Funeralcare Direct Cremation service when choosing the option to pay later was confirmed resolved at 14:27 today. It was thought some planned changes were the cause of the issue and were rolled back before lunch but did not resolve the issue. The team continued to investigate and identified that error 400 was being produced from the website. This was due to some missing environment variables and definition of property being put in the wrong place. A post incident review will be held to understand this fully. No further updates.

CR 561711 (07/12) - Kronos change to increase Server Capacity

Resolved The change to increase capacity on the Kronos servers completed as expected, unfortunately it did not have the desired affect to resolve the performance issues. Services have been monitored throughout the day and Kronos have made further changes which appears to have stabilised the Shifts service. Kronos to provide a full Root Cause Analysis report.
