Good news! Our 3rd party supplier have taken restorative action and are confident that the issue is now fixed. All members can now redeem their selected offers & coupons at the tills in store. We will work with our 3rd party & Retail IT to establish the root cause. No further updates.

The team are investigating the issue and a ticket has been raised with PPS (a 3rd party service provider) who are investigating as a priority.
