  UKG (Kronos) have informed us that they are now in the process of testing restoration activities for each of their customers. They will be working throughout the week and will inform us when they need us to test our systems. There is still no confirmed date as to when services will be fully resumed for Shifts. Updates will be provided based on progress of restoration testing.

  UKG (Kronos) have informed its customers of a cybersecurity incident that has disrupted the Kronos Private Cloud. UKG continue to work on assessing and resolving the situation, however there are no confirmed timescales for when this might be. RIMT has been stood up to work with the business areas based on the likelihood of an extended outage, utilising existing systems such as Visits to mitigate the impact to Stores to capture working times. An alternative approach is being looked at for depots. Security worked with BT to block traffic from Kronos to prevent any risk to the Co-op from Kronos systems. With agreement from Funeralcare their link to Kronos was also suspended for 48 hours as a precaution. Next update 14/12 17:00.

  It has been identified by UKG, a 3rd party service provider that they are investigating an issue impacting Kronos availability. The UKG team are still investigating the issue however, no ETA has been given for a resolution. The maintenance page for shifts.coop.co.uk has remained, as a result this will prevent access to rotas and holiday bookings for store colleagues. An update will be provided when one is available. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

  We have been made aware that there is a scheduled Kronos maintenance that started at noon on Thursday 9th December until, 17:00 Monday 13th December. As a result a maintenance page has been put in place, informing users the service is unavailable. This means shifts.coop.co.uk will be unavailable for store colleagues, preventing access to rotas and holiday bookings. Next update Monday 13th December at 12:00. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
