Resolved After a period of monitoring we have observed PPS response times have returned back to normal levels consistently for over 12 hours. We can see members are able to view, select and redeem offers successfully. We will work with our 3rd party to establish the root cause and will be holding a PIR. No further updates.

Awareness - Shifts service infrastructure Planned Maintenance

Resolved The planned Microsoft Azure maintenance completed however colleagues were unable to process payroll in Shifts this morning due to poor performance and high response times. Engineers have upgraded the shifts database to move it an alternative server. Service has been monitored and stores are now able to complete payroll. A ticket has been escalated with Azure to understand the root cause before moving the database back to its original location later this afternoon. Incident 4119704 is being handled by the Major Incident Management team.

Retrospective Sev 3 Incident 4104560 - Membership Registration / Card Replacement failure

Resolved Following investigations and analysis into failed registrations and card replacements, a fix for the issue was identified and implemented. The actual root cause and impact analysis is still being discussed with our Technical teams. All services were confirmed as restored at 09:22 following the fix and a period of close monitoring. All failed card replacements are to be identified and reprocessed. No further updates.
