  The planned Microsoft Azure maintenance completed however colleagues were unable to process payroll in Shifts this morning due to poor performance and high response times. Engineers have upgraded the shifts database to move it an alternative server. Service has been monitored and stores are now able to complete payroll. A ticket has been escalated with Azure to understand the root cause before moving the database back to its original location later this afternoon. Incident 4119704 is being handled by the Major Incident Management team.
