  The BT network change successfully completed at 23:45pm with no impact to services under Customer Platform - ACI, Salesforce, Legal Services website and Funeralcare Website all tested ok during and post change.

  Between Wednesday 6th October 19:30pm and Thursday 7th October 01:00am, BT will be completing some network changes to one of their firewalls. This change could impact connection to services including ACI, Salesforce, Legal Services and Funeralcare websites. During the planned change window the service team will perform required testing of the websites and applications.
