    Following investigations and analysis into failed registrations and card replacements, a fix for the issue was identified and implemented. The actual root cause and impact analysis is still being discussed with our Technical teams. All services were confirmed as restored at 09:22 following the fix and a period of close monitoring. All failed card replacements are to be identified and reprocessed. No further updates.
