    Following investigations and analysis into failed card replacements and issues viewing card balances, a fix for the issue was identified and implemented. The actual root cause and impact analysis is still being discussed with our technical teams. All services were confirmed as restored at 10:30 following the fix and a period of close monitoring. No further updates.
