P2 - 5858164 - Credas identity validation issue

Resolved Credas posted an update at 10:17 to advise their services were stable again. Since then we have noticed a drop in timeouts, an increase in response times and plans sales have been completed. We will work with Credas to fully understand root cause for this incident. No further updates.

Awareness - Kronos Maintenance 22nd March

Scheduled On Saturday 22nd March between midnight and 06:00, UKG a 3rd party provider will be performing a scheduled maintenance. There is a planned outage of service during this window which will cause disruption to colleagues who will not be able to access Shifts to view/amend their rota. All business areas impacted by the change have been informed.

Resolved Credas confirmed full service restoration this morning, with response times now back to normal levels and no further timeout errors observed. Credas is preparing a detailed root cause analysis report. Internal teams continue to monitor performance closely. No further updates.

Resolved ACl restored the service at ~14:30 by restarting the esocket service as the listening port it was connected to was not working. Full RCA will be provided by ACI in the coming days. An internal PIR will now be scheduled. No further updates

5833047 - Sev 2 - Store Finder webpage unusable

Resolved It has been confirmed that there was a challenge on a static URL which was causing a 404 error. An ABP change rollback was completed by internal technical engineers this morning and this restored service. Maintenance page has now been removed. A follow up PIR will be scheduled. No further updates.
