  It has been confirmed that there was a challenge on a static URL which was causing a 404 error. An ABP change rollback was completed by internal technical engineers this morning and this restored service. Maintenance page has now been removed. A follow up PIR will be scheduled. No further updates.

  Imperva continues their investigations, with internal technical support teams reviewing and providing feedback to assist them. Imperva have been allowed access past the maintenance pages to complete some deep dive analysis. The maintenance page will remain in place. Next Update: 10:00 04/03

  The issue has been confirmed to impact only the Co-op store finder page, while other business store finder pages, such as FuneralCare, are functioning correctly. Imperva are continuing their investigation. A maintenance page has been deployed specifically for the Store Finder area of the website. No other online Co-op services are affected by this maintenance page. Concurrently, all scheduled maintenance change requests have been reviewed, and no apparent impact has been identified from those. Next update 16:30 or earlier if we have a significant update.

• Investigating

  The store finder web page on coop.co.uk has been continuously refreshing since 10:43am this morning, rendering the service unusable for customers. This has been logged with Imperva our third party firewall enablers as a critical request. Currently doesn't seem to be impacting any other store finder pages. Next update at 15:00 or earlier if we have a significant update.
