» UpdatedThere has been significant drop in successful registrations since Saturday evening, impacting new member on-boarding. Customers are reporting issues with entering card numbers on payment forms, leading to failed registrations and reversed payments. CBS team are also unable to make necessary wallet adjustments in Salesforce, affecting account management and customer service operations. Technical teams are currently investigating with current focus on the ACI environment, escalation to 3rd party ACI is underway. A maintenance page for Member registrations is being added.
