Naveo completed a bulk fix of reactivating the slots on Friday evening which resolved the issue. A full RCA has been requested, and a follow up internal PIR will be scheduled. The incident will now be resolved.

The coop.co.uk/products/deals website has remained available since the config change was deployed earlier to handle the extra traffic. This incident will now be resolved and a PIR scheduled. No further updates.

Services have been restored following investigation by PPS. This has been confirmed by our monitoring at 1.11 p.m. PPS will provide full root cause analysis. No further updates.

There was an issue noticed in the code which was preventing reCaptcha from running correctly. A change was deployed to fix this, and this has been tested successfully on both iOS and Android. A PIR will be scheduled. No further updates.

Since around midnight, some customers would have been impacted when attempting to view their offers on the app and website. This only impacted a small percentage of our customer base, mainly those who see generic campaigns. This was raised with our third party suppliers, who identified the cause and have since resolved the issue. No further updates.
