  The coop.co.uk/products/deals website has remained available since the config change was deployed earlier to handle the extra traffic. This incident will now be resolved and a PIR scheduled. No further updates.

  Following investigations into the cause of intermittent access to coop.co.uk/products/deals a config change has been made to the platform to deal with an increase of customers using the site. This seems to have resolved the issue. This will remain in watch status. Next update 5pm

• Investigating

  We are aware of an issue impacting the products and deals page on coop,co.uk. This issue started at 12.50pm. Customers are intermittently impacted where they will see an error when accessing the page. They will be unable to view the page displaying products and deals available in store and online. As a workaround, customers may be able to access the page after re-trying / refreshing the page. The food ecommerce service itself remains unaffected but the redirect from Coop.co.uk/products/deals will not be operational. Next update 4pm or earlier if significant.
