  There was an issue noticed in the code which was preventing reCaptcha from running correctly. A change was deployed to fix this, and this has been tested successfully on both iOS and Android. A PIR will be scheduled. No further updates.

• Investigating

  Due to an issue with ReCaptcha all users (both iOS and Android) have been unable to sign-in to the Co-op app since ~13:45. Members can still sign in to their account via the web and existing app sessions appear unimpacted. This is currently being investigated by both Membership and App engineers. Next update 6pm or sooner if the situation changes.
