Naveo completed a bulk fix of reactivating the slots on Friday evening which resolved the issue. A full RCA has been requested, and a follow up internal PIR will be scheduled. The incident will now be resolved.

Following further investigations, Naveo have completed a bulk fix of reactivating the slots which were previously unavailable, and following testing, these can now be seen and multiple slots are now available. » UpdatedFollowing an update from Naveo, this appears to be potentially related to some duplicate slots that were requested to be deleted earlier today. These slots are being re-enabled in an attempt to fully restore the impacted delivery slots. Naveo will update us once this amendment is completed. Next update 21:00.
